1. The service
Tellx is a personal daily-target tracking app. It is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. Your use of Tellx is at your own risk.
Operator
Tellx is developed, owned and operated by AS&VTR Technology’s Pvt Limited (“AS&VTR”). All intellectual property in the Tellx brand, design and code belongs to AS&VTR. Questions: contact via your app’s support channel.
2. Acceptable use
Use Tellx for lawful, personal purposes.
Do not abuse, overload, or attempt unauthorised access to the sync or account infrastructure.
Do not resell or white-label the hosted service without permission.
3. Accounts & workspaces
Local workspaces live in your browser. Cloud storage exists only for payloads you explicitly upload, under your account or a sync code. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and devices secure; optional two-factor authentication is strongly recommended.
4. Data & availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent storage. Cloud rows can be overwritten by later uploads from the owner of the workspace. A self-serve account-deletion flow is not yet provided; logout plus clearing local data removes your device copy.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, missed targets, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

What we store on your device
Your tasks, counts, notes and settings — in browser localStorage, per workspace.
A session token if you sign in, and your theme/install preferences.
What reaches our server (only if you opt in)
Account: email + password. The password is hashed server-side with PBKDF2-SHA256 (60,000 iterations, per-user salt); plaintext is never stored or logged.
2FA (optional): a TOTP secret so we can verify your authenticator codes.
Cloud sync: only the workspace payload you upload, keyed to your account or sync code. Ownership is enforced server-side; one user's workspace is unreadable to anyone else.
What we never do
No advertising, no third-party trackers, no analytics cookies, no data selling.
No reading of your workspace without your token — anonymous requests to account workspaces are refused.
Your controls
Settings → Clear workspace wipes the local copy (gated if unsynced).
Log out deletes the server session and starts a fresh local workspace.
2FA can be enabled or disabled any time from Settings with a valid authenticator code.
Children
Tellx is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data.
Password help
Tellx has no self-serve password reset yet — we keep no recovery email on file, so we cannot verify you by mail.
If you are still signed in on another device, open Tellx there. Otherwise use Guest mode from the login screen: your local workspace never leaves this device, and you can create a fresh account any time.
